Mio Posto, the new Italian restaurant

"Mama mia!" It’s the brand new Italian restaurant that is already on everyone's lips and the word is good, involving more than enough enthusiasm to set the most demanding pizzeria fan’s mouth to watering.

After regaling the taste buds of the gourmets of Belleville, the band behind Il Posto have stormed the Bastille and invaded the Roquette district with their prize bambino; a second address.

In this large open loft-restaurant space the room at the back has an open kitchen, with two pizzaiolos performing their culinary magic and an authentic mama to prepare the selected pasta and ensure the use of only the best that the Italian terroir has to offer.

This is Italy a la carte at its most authentic. And then there’s the time of the Aperitivo, when the bartender mixes up perfectly crafted cocktails in close collaboration with the chef. All the better to savour the antipasti. Perfetto!
