What do I put in my basket?  The ambassadors of the house, of course; the genuine, original prasline of Mazet. This special treat was recognised last June by the prestigious label Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant, a mark of excellence awarded by the French state.

 

What do I add to my Santa Claus list? Amandas are nougatine with toasted almonds covered in intense dark chocolate and then rolled in a fine cocoa powder. Then there are the luxurious Mazet gourmet chocolates featuring nougat, nuts, truffles, candied oranges, cherries and pistachios, packaged in pretty boxes.
