A Haute Patisserie in the Haut Marais; the new Pierre Hermé shop
Jeff Van Dyck was given carte blanche in the creation of this new temple to the famous pastry chef / chocolatier Pierre Hermé's creativity, located close to the Marché des Enfants Rouges in the bustling Rue de Bretagne. To deliver his vision of Pierre Hermé's deliciously tempting journey, the Parisian interior designer has placed the visitor at the heart of his creations. Eighteen flavours of macarons light up eyes and delight taste buds, as does the abundance of iconic pastries, chocolates, gâteaux de voyages, confectionary and even teas, giving the impression that the master baker has only just left the scene. A skilfully orchestrated staging that will make your mouth water. You’ll be unable to resist temptation.
