Monsieur Bleu, the chic eatery of the Palais de Tokyo
Facing the Eiffel Tower and perched on the quays of the Seine you can find one of the most charming restaurants of any museum in Paris. At the heart of the Palais de Tokyo, this néobrasserie in grey, green and gold is a real surprise, one which proves to be just as good on the plate. Sardines from the coast of Galicia on toast, colin froid, herb mayonnaise, rémoulade of green vegetables with sherry, refreshing oranges, segments of blood orange and orange jelly with orange blossom; the menu changes with the seasons and the cuisine is subtle, accomplished and beautifully presented. JR.
At 30 minutes from the Hotel Fabric by metro, line 9.
