Season, the new organic and gluten-free gourmet restaurant in the Marais
Located just steps from the Carreau du Temple, Season is the new organic restaurant, serving a gluten-free cuisine amidst the bustling excitement of the Haut Marais. The décor is designed by the artist Mathias Kiss, who has successfully made this old location new and even timeless, especially via his clever use of painted marble. The inventive cuisine is a melting pot of original recipes designed by the English chef Oliver Lamb, a natural and gluten-free selection of dishes brimming with fresh flavours made from organic and seasonal produce. The attention to detail is amazing. The kofta balls, the pastrami sandwich, plus Oliver’s omelettes all help to make this the essential place to eat in the neighbourhood at this moment. JR.
