Solyles, an essential contemporary rôtisserie
The first contemporary Grill has just opened in Montmartre and is the ideal place to take a break for some flavoursome food after visiting the neighbourhood and before returning to the Hotel Fabric. When you step inside you will find the aroma of chickens turning golden brown as they sizzle on the spits mouth-wateringly irresistible. Solyles is a unique and trendy concept embodying modernity and tradition side by side; effectively a laboratory of contemporary rotisserie. You can eat on or off the premises, enjoy original dishes and homemade desserts, with or without side dishes of ratatouille Nicoise, roasted vegetables, potato gratin…Takeaway or take a seat in the back where it’s a neo typical Parisian brasserie, comfortable and chic. Created by Maxime Bellenguez and Charles Lorphelin, along with chef, Christophe Haton. JR.
