The Boltansky Exhibition at Centre Pompidou
From November 13th to March 16, 2020 , The Centre Pompidou exposes the french artist Christian Boltansky .
The opportunity to discover or discover again his work, between paintings, photographs, sculptures but also cinema.
It is through these different forms of art that Boltansky questions the boundary between "the absent and the present", the rites of our society and the taces that remain after our death. The artist highlights the daily actions of men from the beginning until death . This retrospective is articulated as the artist himself wanted, on more than 2000m2 with the form of a labyrinth wich reminds of of our own mind .
This exhibition is more than a tribute to art, it is a real philosophy course from wich we do not come out unmoved.
