For its 11th edition, the "A thousand and one Orchids" exhibition at the Jardin des Plantes proves to be a remarkable experience not to be missed. To guide you through this floral jungle, two "favorite" routes have been designed. The first, conceived by Alain Delavie, director of Rustica's editorial staff and a great lover of the plant world, takes you through a selection of exotic and rare specimens you've probably never seen before! The second route, imagined by the gardeners of the Grandes Serres du Jardin des Plantes and the Arboretum de Versailles-Chèvreloup, invites you to discover the diversity of orchids through a spectacular staging.

Throughout your visit, you'll be delighted by hundreds of specimens of wild and horticultural orchids, displayed in an impressive botanical setting of 1000 m2. Educational animations allow you to unravel the mysteries of wild orchids and learn more about their care and repotting. Whether you're a novice or an expert, these fun and informative activities offer you the opportunity to discover orchids in a new light.

To extend the experience and take home a souvenir of this extraordinary day, don't miss the 150 m2 pop-up boutique. There, you'll find a selection of beautiful orchid specimens offered by passionate specialists.

Whether you're a seasoned orchid enthusiast or simply curious, the Orchid Exhibition at the Jardin des Plantes is an event not to be missed. Five French orchid producers exhibit original plants in colorful and abundant settings, offering a unique visual and olfactory experience. Two associations, the Fédération France Orchidées and the Association Française, Culture et Protection des Orchidées, are also present to answer your questions and provide expert advice on the cultivation and care of these exceptional flowers.
