For her, opening a Mexican restaurant was a true dream. Her project came to fruition in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, just a few steps away from the hotel FABRIC, with a name that recalls the warmth and typical solar flair of Mexico: Alegrías!

The décor is understated and elegant. Every detail is carefully crafted, and the open kitchen adds a touch of conviviality and arouses curiosity!

On the menu, contemporary dishes that are far from the current trend of "fusion" cuisine. The chef's aim is to respect traditional Mexican cuisine, which is also listed as intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO.
