Paris's 11th arrondissement never fails to surprise us with the diversity of its establishments and its numerous high-quality restaurants. Today, let's head to Rue du Chemin Vert, where we had previously uncovered the “Cavewoman” wine cellar for you, to discover Jolia, a delightful Mediterranean cuisine restaurant.

Jolia is much more than a simple dining venue. It offers an immersive experience that will transport you to the heart of the Middle East while celebrating nights out with friends during the golden years of the disco era.

With its carefully crafted and original decoration, combining sumptuous details with modern elements, Jolia offers a truly unique atmosphere! Velvet  banquettes, captivating mirror plays, and carefully curated oriental objects create a space that pays tribute to the opulence of the Middle East. While remaining firmly rooted in contemporary Paris, the establishment also evokes a vibrant ambiance. The splendid light fixtures and brass suspensions that adorn the room add a touch of glamour and create a vibrant atmosphere.

The Chef behind Jolia's delightful culinary creations is Steve Zylbersztejn. His cuisine celebrates the art of grilling, an emblematic technique of Mediterranean countries. The chef incorporates this method into his seasonal inspirations, highlighting authentic flavors and boldly characterized dishes. Jolia's cuisine pays tribute to the richness of Oriental and Levantine traditions while providing a modern and innovative gustatory experience.

Special attention is given to seasonal respect through the selection of the freshest ingredients. Local sourcing is favored for seafood, meats, and vegetables, with the exception of spices imported from the Middle East to ensure authenticity of flavors. Furthermore, all recipes are meticulously prepared with an anti-waste approach.

A central aspect of the Jolia experience is its focus on sharing. Following the Middle Eastern tradition, all dishes are designed to be shared, fostering a convivial and festive ambiance around the tables. A section of the restaurant is dedicated to the open kitchen, where the spectacular Mibrasa charcoal grill and the active culinary team add a theatrical touch to the experience.

For wine enthusiasts, Jolia's thoughtfully curated wine list is designed to harmonize with the dishes. It features natural, organic, and biodynamic wines, providing a wine experience perfectly aligned with the restaurant's culinary philosophy. The majestic bar stands as a centerpiece of the Jolia experience, offering a menu of creative cocktails that perfectly complement the proposed dishes.

Jolia restaurant in the 11th arrondissement of Paris is far more than a mere dining spot. It celebrates the nocturnal pleasures of the Middle East, embodies a contemporary interpretation of the disco years, and offers an exquisite gastronomic journey. The fusion of Chef Steve Zylbersztejn's refined cuisine, the sumptuous decor, and the festive Middle Eastern traditions creates a space where daylight and sultry nights converge, offering an unforgettable experience.
