Printemps du Goût, a table in the Parisian sky
Categories : Eating, published on : 6/20/18
A few months back the new temple of Parisian gastronomy, the Printemps du Goût, opened its trendy grocery on the 7th and 8th floors of the men’s department of the Printemps department store on the Boulevard Haussmann. Much more than a gourmet hub where you can find the best 100% French products, from jam and salty crisps to confectionary and chocolates, it's also a lively food hall with a marketplace vibe, a unique lifestyle place bringing together a wealth of specialties, tastings and workshops, plus the chance to meet food producers, artisans, winegrowers and chefs from France and Navarre. As all that activity will give you an appetite, rest assured that 4 of the most creative chefs and artisans of the moment, Akrame, Gontran Cherrier, Laurent Dubois and Christophe Michalak have unveiled plenty of delicious reasons to sit down. The icing on the cake is the panoramic rooftop terrace, which offers one of the most beautiful views of the capital. Bon appétit!
