Easter 2026: Things to Do in Paris
Categories : Lifestyle, published on : 3/15/26
Easter is the perfect time to explore Paris with the family and enjoy festive, fun, and tasty activities. This year, the Easter weekend falls from Saturday, April 4 to Monday, April 6, 2026, and the city is full of original ideas for both kids and adults.
Easter Egg Hunts and Activities for Children
Of course, the highlight of this celebration is the Easter egg hunt, a well-established tradition in the City of Light. This year, there are plenty of opportunities to join in the fun!
Jardin d’Acclimatation – Grand Easter Egg Hunt
At the Jardin d’Acclimatation, children aged 3–6 and 7–10 can take part in two large Easter egg hunts organized especially for 2026. There will also be a new chocolate-themed Escape Game for kids over 11, with puzzles and prizes to enjoy.
Easter on the Water
For a unique family activity, hop on a boat for a one-hour cruise on the Seine, combined with an Easter egg hunt on board. It’s a fun and original way to celebrate Easter while discovering Paris from the water.
Musée de Montmartre – Grand Easter Egg Hunt in the Renoir Gardens
On April 5 and 6, 2026, the Musée de Montmartre invites children aged 2–12 to a large Easter egg hunt in the Renoir Gardens, with workshops and chocolate surprises.
Parc Zoologique de Paris – Egg Hunt & Activities
Paris also offers more traditional Easter egg hunts on land. The Parc Zoologique de Paris (also known as the Vincennes Zoo) welcomes families on April 5 and 6, 2026, for a large egg hunt with creative activities and chocolates to win for children.
Whether you choose to hunt eggs on the water, in a zoo, in a quirky village, or in a charitable setting, Paris offers a wide range of activities to celebrate Easter with the family.
