Article 2 — Booking

Bookings may be made online via the Hotel's official website, by telephone, or by email. A booking becomes firm and final once the Customer receives written confirmation from the Hotel and provides the bank guarantee required under Article 4.

Anyone making a booking must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The information provided by the Customer (identity, contact details, means of payment) must be accurate and complete; the Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking found to be irregular, inaccurate, or fraudulent, at the Customer's sole expense.

Article 3 — Rates

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding the local tourist tax, which is charged separately at the rate in effect during the stay. Applicable rates are those in effect at the time of booking and may vary depending on the period, availability, and room type booked.

Article 4 — Booking Guarantee and Payment Terms

Every booking must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. The Hotel reserves the right to carry out a verification of the card provided, or to charge it, depending on the rate selected (see Article 5). Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or in cash on site, subject to applicable legal provisions.

Article 5 — Rate Types and Cancellation Terms

The Hotel offers two rate categories, the terms of which are communicated to the Customer at the time of booking and in the written confirmation:

Non-Refundable Rate

Flexible Rate

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal.

Article 6 — Group Bookings

Any booking of more than four (4) rooms is considered a group booking and is subject to specific terms (rates, payment terms, and cancellation deadlines and conditions), negotiated and formalized separately with the Hotel prior to confirmation.

Article 7 — Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out or early check-in may be offered subject to availability and may incur additional charges, as advised by the front desk.

A valid form of identification and the means of payment used for the booking will be requested at check-in.

Article 8 — Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to make normal and peaceful use of the Hotel's rooms and facilities. Any damage, loss, or deterioration observed may be subject to additional charges. The Hotel is a non-smoking establishment; any breach of this rule may result in restoration fees.

Article 9 — Liability

Hôtel Fabric implements all reasonable means to ensure the quality of its service. The Hotel cannot be held liable for any failure or improper performance of the contract attributable to the Customer, to a third party unrelated to the provision of services, or to a force majeure event as defined in Article 11.

Article 10 — Complaints

For any complaint relating to a booking or a stay, the Customer may contact the Hotel's front desk or send an email to info@hotelfabric.com.

Article 11 — Force Majeure

Neither party may be held liable to the other for failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, within the meaning generally recognized by French case law. Force majeure suspends the performance of the parties' mutual obligations for the duration of the event.

Article 12 — Protection of Personal Data

Personal data provided by the Customer is processed as necessary for managing their booking and stay, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of their data, which may be exercised by email to info@hotelfabric.com. For further details, the Customer is invited to consult the privacy policy available on the Hotel's website.

Article 13 — Disclaimers of Liability

The photographs on the website are not contractually binding. Although the Hotel makes every effort to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations, and text used to illustrate the Hotel provide as accurate a depiction as possible of the accommodation services offered, variations may occur, particularly as a result of changes in furnishings or renovations. Hôtel Fabric cannot be held liable for the failure or improper performance of a booking in cases of force majeure, actions by third parties, actions by the Customer — including unavailability of the internet network, inability to access the website, external intrusion, computer viruses — or in the event of prepayment not authorized by the cardholder's bank.

Article 14 — Consumer Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to the amicable settlement of disputes, any consumer Customer may make free use of the consumer mediation service to which the Hotel is affiliated: Mtv Médiation Tourisme Voyage
