An Exceptional Duo: Marine & Yann

Both trained at the prestigious Ferrandi school, Marine and Yann met at the restaurant Le Pantruche, where their professional connection first began.

Marine honed her sense of hospitality at Lutétia, L’Alcazar, and the Lazare brasserie, before taking on the role of dining room manager at La Belle Maison.

Yann, meanwhile, trained with Michelin-starred chefs such as Anne-Sophie Pic, Guy Savoy, and Akrame Benallal. At Pantruche, he developed his own culinary signature, blending gastronomic techniques with a bistronomic spirit.
