FIEF the new restaurant on rue de La Folie Méricourt

“FIEF” is the name of this new address which means “Fait Ici En France”. The restaurant opened by Victor Mercier (finalist of Top Chef 2018) focuses on local products only and 100% French. FIEF is in addition of being very intimate, a real pace which advocates on local and fresh products.

The real asset of the restaurant is undoubtedly its chef and his brigade that you can admire from your table (large counter is arranged in such a way that it forms an L around the kitchen).
