A menu that shifts with the seasons

At JJ Beaumarchais, nothing on the menu stays still for long. Each week, the chef puts together a tasting menu that plays on the contrast between tradition and modernity: spring velouté, a perfectly cooked egg with asparagus and tobiko, or crispy guinea fowl with a foie gras and girolle royale. Precise, generous cooking that reinvents itself with whatever the market offers.

The tasting menu runs Tuesday to Saturday evenings, with four or five courses, plus a Saturday lunch option, an easy way to discover the place without committing to a full evening.
