Les Chouettes, the restaurant that has everything good

We can already say, before we’ve even begun to talk about the menu, that the restaurant has a superb appearance. This three storey restaurant and cocktail bar is an ode to elegant interiors and designer chic. The wooden tables on the ground floor are arranged beneath a soaring glass ceiling. There’s a fireplace, cocktail bar, shelves of books on the Eiffel style mezzanine floors, cosy leather armchairs and bags of style reminiscent of a contemporary take on the Parisian art deco lounge. Les Chouettes (the owls) have certainly created a well-designed nest! But appearance is not everything, and the cuisine is just as surprising and unexpected as the surroundings. Each week, the 3 starters, 3 main dishes and 3 desserts change in accordance with seasonal availability, but all are presented with the same level of enthusiasm. JR.
