During this winter period, it is good to come and recharge your energy with a good piece of meat in a warm restaurant. It’s great because that’s exactly what LOMBEM offers, a friendly establishment housed in the Panoramas passage.
The meals are worked from starter to dessert on a wide wood oven, giving the products a particularly braised taste, which reminds us of the Christmas evenings by the fire.
Do not miss by the “faux-filet” from Bourgogne, matured 40 days and served with farm potato fries, or the dessert entitled toasted brioche with white cheese and milk jam.
