The 25th Edition of Nuit Blanche 2026: A Grand Celebration of Love in Paris

For its anniversary, Nuit Blanche transforms Paris and its greater metropolitan area into an enormous, free artistic stage open to all on Saturday 6 June 2026.

An anniversary edition under the sign of love

This 25th edition is placed under the artistic direction of Barbara Butch, DJ and iconic figure of Parisian inclusive culture. The chosen theme? A "grand celebration of love", conceived as a collective act of commitment to celebrate diversity, togetherness and the joy of being together.

On the programme: over 100 free artistic installations spread across three main routes through the capital:

  • The Centre: from the forecourt of the Hôtel de Ville to the Marais
  • The East: from the Gares de l'Est and du Nord towards Stalingrad and the Bassin de la Villette
  • The West: from the Petit Palais to the Grand Palais and the Fondation Louis Vuitton

Not forgetting the Greater Paris communes, which are also joining the celebrations.

A programme committed to emerging artists

Nuit Blanche 2026 reaffirms its strong commitment to emerging talent: 80% of the associated artists come from the new generation of creators, with close attention to gender representation throughout the programme. Immersive installations, choreographic performances, sound creations… the entire city becomes a space for experimentation where art reaches all audiences in public spaces, monuments and venues that are usually closed to the general public.

The highlights of Nuit Blanche 2026

Among the unmissable events of this edition:

  • At the Hôtel de Ville (from 5.30pm to 3am), the evening kicks off in the late afternoon with a Swedish Fit class, a DJ set by Barbara Butch, a majorette display and a video mapping on the historic façade.
  • At the Grand Palais, a monumental illuminated inflatable sculpture entitled BIG HEART is installed in front of the monument from 7pm to 2am.
  • At the Petit Palais, an installation of wood and mirror mosaic enters into dialogue with the historic fresco Le Triomphe des femmes.
  • At the Fondation Louis Vuitton, a poetic evening blends video projections and text readings around the theme of love, set within Frank Gehry's iconic architecture.
  • At the Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026, an exceptional late-night opening extends to the rooftop terrace for a musical panorama over Paris.
  • On the Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad (19th arrondissement), a monumental light installation by Italian artist Marinella Senatore is on view until 6am.
  • Other iconic venues are also taking part: the Bourse de Commerce – Pinault Collection, the Musée national Picasso-Paris, the Fondation Cartier, the Conciergerie, the Musée Guimet and many more.

A free evening open to all

As every year, all Nuit Blanche events are entirely free of charge. It is the perfect opportunity to (re)discover Paris from a fresh angle, wandering through the night between monuments and unusual spaces, and living an extraordinary artistic experience.
