This old Parisian bistro in the 11th arrondissement of Paris is a landmark of classics of the French Bistronomy. Pierre Négrevergne therefore offers some fine classics: veal blanquette and cassoulet, apple herring in oil and his famous pâté en croûte, which earned him 4th place at the 2015 World Championship.

Open from Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner, on Saturday for dinner only. Closed on Sunday.
