Roland-Garros 2026: A Must-See Event in Paris!
Categories : Lifestyle, published on : 4/19/26
An Edition Not to Be Missed!
Roland-Garros 2026 promises once again to be an exceptional event on the iconic clay courts of Porte d'Auteuil. Defending champions Coco Gauff in the women's draw and Carlos Alcaraz in the men's draw will be putting their titles on the line from May 18 to June 7, 2026.
The Tribune Concorde, Bigger Than Ever
From Wednesday June 3 to Sunday June 7, the Place de la Concorde transforms once again into the ultimate gathering spot for tennis fans. Free and open to all, this 6,000 m² space can welcome up to 3,800 people at once, 1,000 more than in 2025. New this year: doors open at 12pm, giving visitors even more time to soak up the atmosphere.
The Best Matches on Giant Screens
Watch the court Philippe-Chatrier matches live on two giant screens and enjoy the many activities organized for the occasion. A DJ, master of ceremonies, four food trucks, a bar and the official Roland-Garros store will keep the site buzzing throughout the day. Fans can also enjoy the Perrier activation stand, discover the special Renault 5 Roland-Garros E-Tech electric edition, try Urban Tennis with Wilson or take part in Lacoste's tennis activities — and enter to win tournament tickets. To top it all off, the singles, doubles, wheelchair and junior champions will parade with their trophies. Last year, Coco Gauff's appearance created an unforgettable moment with the crowd.
Historic Farewells
Stan Wawrinka, 2015 champion and 2017 finalist, will make his 21st and final appearance at Roland-Garros. A tribute will be held after his last match. Gaël Monfils will also bid farewell to Porte d'Auteuil, with an on-court ceremony and a special exhibition event on May 21 at the Philippe-Chatrier, featuring current and former stars of the tennis world.
An Edition That Innovates
Roland-Garros remains the only Grand Slam to keep human line judges. And to mark this edition, the Fédération Française de Tennis has entrusted the official poster to artist JR: unveiled on March 19, the striking black-and-white work bears the photographer's unmistakable signature.
