Meeting rooms and coworking in Paris’s 11th: two Industrial-Style venues near Hotel Fabric

A former textile factory converted into a hotel, the hôtel Fabric has retained from its industrial past its beams, brickwork and a raw yet welcoming atmosphere. In the 11th arrondissement, the neighbourhood is full of places that share this spirit. For your meetings, seminars, launches or photoshoots, here are two venues to know: Onzième Lieu and Galerie Au Roi.

Onzième Lieu: a third place for a different way of working

At 91bis rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, around a 15-minute walk from the hotel, Onzième Lieu is a 700 m² third place designed for visual artists and nomadic workers. Designers, entrepreneurs, art directors and freelancers gather here, in an atmosphere that is warmer and more relaxed than a large business centre.

The venue comprises several spaces:

• A studious café, for working by the hour or by the day, with snacks available for when you feel peckish

• A coworking space beneath the glass roof, with monthly desk rentals

• Meeting rooms, designed for getting together, working as a team or brainstorming

• A photo studio, as well as individual workshops and a shared workshop

Meeting rooms can be rented by the hour, day or month. Ideal for organising a committee meeting, workshop or seminar day, before returning to the hotel at the end of the day. Galerie Au Roi: a former industrial workshop for your events

A few steps from République and Oberkampf, on rue de la Fontaine au Roi, Galerie Au Roi occupies a converted former safe factory. Covering 255 m², it has retained its concrete arches, metal glass roof and high ceilings. It can accommodate up to 200 people and can be hired exclusively 7 days a week.

Showrooms, fashion shows, exhibitions, pop-up stores, press events, corporate parties, photoshoots or filming: the venue adapts to every project. It features an integrated sound system, heating and air conditioning, step-free access and private parking. Since 2019, brands such as Paco Rabanne and Goat x PSG have taken up residence here. The team also offers other spaces in the same spirit (the Atelier, Espace Morand and the Loft), ideal for adding a dressing room, catering area or a second scenography.
