Any person making a booking must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The information provided by the Client (identity, contact details, payment method) must be accurate and complete; the Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking affected by irregularity, inaccuracy or fraud, at the Client’s sole expense.

Article 4 — Booking guarantee and payment terms

All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid bank card. The Hotel reserves the right to verify the card provided or charge it, depending on the rate selected (see Article 5). Flexible Rate

  • No payment is required at the time of booking; payment is due upon arrival.

  • A bank guarantee is required at the time of booking.

  • The booking may be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date, by 3:00 p.m. (Paris time).

  • After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the first night is due and will be charged to the bank card provided as a guarantee.

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal.

Article 6 — Group bookings

Any booking for four (4) rooms or more is considered a group booking and is subject to specific terms and conditions (rates, payment terms, cancellation deadlines and conditions), negotiated and formalised separately with the Hotel before confirmation.
