Our job offers

Mobile daytime receptionist across our two 4-star hotels – permanent contract, 39 hours

hôtel Fabric (Paris 11) & the Hotel Moderniste (Paris 15) are looking for a mobile receptionist. 

 Following an induction period and in-house training provided by our warm and dynamic team, you will be required to carry out the following duties:

- Welcoming guests (arrivals / departures)
- Ensuring their stay runs smoothly in collaboration with the hotel’s various departments – Concierge service
- Advising guests during their stay in Paris on restaurants, museums and transport options
- Assisting the breakfast service when necessary
- Processing reservations (via the various booking channels)
- Monitoring the cash register, carrying out the end-of-day closing and responding to guest reviews
- Processing emails (booking requests, guest enquiries)
- Taking part in the implementation of additional projects to continuously improve our services and offerings

About the position: 
- Schedule based on the needs of both hotels.
- Schedule provided on the 15th of each month for the following month
- 2 consecutive days off
- One Saturday / Sunday off per month
- 30-minute paid lunch break
- The schedule includes shifts starting at 12:00 p.m.
- Working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- PMS: Medialog
- Independent and paired shifts
- Team structure: 1 front office manager / 3 daytime receptionists / 3 night receptionists

This position is for you if: 
- You speak French, have a good level of English and a third language.
- You have a strong sense of customer service and presentation in line with 4-star standards
- You know Paris well and can advise our guests on restaurants, bars, museums, etc.
- You enjoy working as part of a team
- You are motivated, cheerful and ready to learn!
- Proficiency in Medialog is a plus
